Who
We Are:
Project Horizon was conceived by Chris Salcone in 2001 as a way for coaches
and organizers to get together and be organized in a group that would
push everyone’s limits. Project Horizon would be a traveling event,
seeking out DZ’s that would have the right aircraft, facilities
and attitude to suit the participants.
The
first Project, billed as a skills camp, challenged the group to build
large sequential freefly dives both upright and head down. At Stage II,
the bar was lifted to include larger and more complex dives. At Stage
III, the performance curve went through the roof. The group completed
many very complex formations that had never even been attempted before
including the worlds first 2 point 18 way, ending with a big round ! We
are very proud to call Project Horizon THE premier sequential vrw event
in the world.
Project Horizon Stage IV will take place over Skydive Arizona March 26th
